Minor update due to a game breaking bug

Found a game breaking bug, which made getting 2 endings impossible.
It was my fault, I turned a few things off for testing and forgot to turn them back on again.
PS: Also made the pacman stage a bit faster to complete and made the police smoother, because I had some time left :P
